The second Converse Renew collection recycles your old jeans once again

The new Converse Renew collection heavily focuses on the issues of sustainability once again. The brand is constantly improving their methods of manufacturing clothes while simultaneously trying to be gentle to the environment. Proof of that is the new Renew collection, which contains high and low Chucks made from upcycled denim and recycled PET bottles.

Jeans are a essential part of almost everyone’s wardrobe, but they are one of the most common clothing items to end up in landfills. Realizing this, Converse decided to work with old denim, which comes from the British vintage brand Beyond Retro. The new Chuck Taylors feature three types of denim – light blue, dark blue and black.
