The adidas Forum’s history dates back to 1984, when it was designed with the basketball court in mind, appearing in both high and low top versions – even Michael Jordan described it as one of the 80’s most important silhouettes.
The vintage silhouette trend is far from slowing down, which is further confirmed by tomorrow’s drop. The reimagined adidas Originals Forum will retain its original DNA – designed with sports in mind, but still timeless and revolutionary. Their goal isn’t to score the win, it’s to create a sneaker for the new generation of creatives that want to express themselves while in the middle of a game in the streets of the modern world.
Along with Slovakian photographer Lousy Auber, we transformed this idea into a bold editorial inspired by adidas’ campaigns from the 80’s, just as we should be bold on the path to our goals.
